HNC Beauty Therapy

The first class way to learn using the latest technology and equipment including Hydrafacial, Apollo Duet, Skin Pen and more on our Higher National qualifications provide practical skills and theoretical knowledge that meet the needs of employers. The Higher National Certificate (HNC) develop knowledge, skills and sound understanding along with practical expertise in all aspects of the beauty therapy industry, thereby enabling candidates to work confidently and competently within this industry.

This qualification covers areas such as Applied Anatomy and Physiology, Massage, Facial and body electrical, Professional Salon Skills, face and body treatment packages, Promotional and Selling Skills and Professional Salon Skills.

Duration: 9 months,  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, (HND would be a Monday - Wednesday). 

Cost: SAAS funding available for the course fees and kit costs, £7000

Progression year 2: HND 

Entry: all applications considered equally, we do recognise work and life experience, it's helpful to have 1- 2 higher qualifications preferably with biology or SVQ Level 3 beauty therapy. 

The HNC can be studied as a qualification on its own or you can choose to do it with the view to progress onto HND beauty therapy qualification.  Contact us for more details. 

You can progress onto this with various qualifications and then complete the HND.
