This ancient natural treatment has many wonderful benefits that can be used for relaxation purposes as well as helping to treat ear or sinus irritation, headaches and migraines. It involves the use of an ear candle that is gently placed within the opening of the ear, this is followed by a specific ear and facial massage treatment.
